Viktig information till nya kunder. All information och dokumentation nedan måste vara SKAGEN tillhanda för att order och kundetablering skall kunna genomföras.

Privatkund

  1. Fullständigt ifylld blankett
  2. Vidimerad kopia av giltig legitimation
  3. Uppgift om eventuell verklig huvudman.

Företagskund

  1. Fullständigt ifylld blankett
  2. Vidimerad kopia av registreringsbevis (eller motsvarande), inte äldre än tre månader
  3. Vidimerad kopia av giltig legitimation på den/de som undertecknar blankett
  4. Fullmakt som visar att person(er) som undertecknar blankett är behöriga att representera företaget, om detta inte framgår av registreringsbevis eller motsvarande
  5. Uppgift om eventuell verklig huvudman.

Important information to new clients. All the information and documentation referred to below must be delivered to SKAGEN before orders from new clients may be processed.

Retail clients

  1. Fully completed form
  2. Certified copy of passport or national identity card issued within the EU
  3. Information about beneficial owners, if any

Institutional clients

  1. Fully completed form
  2. Certified copy of certificate of incorporation (or similar), not more than three months old
  3. Certified copy of passport or national identity card issued within the EU belonging to the person(s) signing the form
  4. Documentation that the person(s) signing the form is/are entitled to represent the client in relation to SKAGEN
  5. Information about beneficial owners, if any
